Benifits of Abacus training.

Children, specifically in their early age, have to get enough training to utilize and activate their senses. Learning abacus has children train those senses: their eyes to see, ears to listen and fingers to move abacus beads for calculation.

Using an abacus , a child can do all arthemetic calculation up to 10 digits and master the skill of doing it mentally without relying on modern device such as calculator.

Course structure.

we have found the soroban abacus particularly effective for teaching mathematical calculating skills to young children. Following are the course divided into six levels.

  • Level 1- Covers all the basic formulas of Abacus.
  • Level 2- Mental Maths.
  • Level 3- Multiplications.
  • Level 4- Divisions.
  • Level 5- Perfecting 4 main concepts of matheametics.
  • Level 6- Divisions,Multiplications,Decimals,fractions,percentage,nagative calculations etc.

Activities like speed writing, flash cards, random writing , oral sums are added advantage in all the levels.Each level will come upto 4 months and there will be exams held after each level.
